Mapal Fine Bubble Aeration Units
Mapal provides a comprehensive range of fine bubble aeration units designed to accommodate varying tank geometries, process demands, and installation constraints. Aeration units are available in grid and spiral configurations (circular or rectangular) and can be supplied as floor-resting (floor-resting) or floating, supporting both new installations and retrofit applications.
The units as a system are engineered to deliver high oxygen transfer efficiency, uniform air distribution, and stable mixing performance.
Aeration units can be equipped with tubular or disc diffusers, enabling optimisation based on project-specific criteria such as airflow range, fouling control strategy, cleaning methodology, and performance targets.
All configurations feature a marine-grade stainless steel structure (304/316), are crane-installed (drop-in), fully retrievable, and suitable for installation in live reactors without draining, minimising downtime, maintenance complexity, and operational disruption.
