Mapal’s Pre-Sale Trial provides a fast and practical way to add fine bubble aeration capacity without waiting for a full capital purchasing process. The system can be installed in live, operating reactors, allowing clients to evaluate Mapal’s aeration technology before committing to a permanent purchase.
The initial expense can be treated as OpEx rather than CapEx, while installation is carried out without draining the reactor or interrupting the treatment process.
The Pre-Sale Trial can support a range of operational needs, including:
- Equipment failure or reduced aeration performance
- Increased flow during peak periods
- Odour control requirements
- Supplementary aeration during maintenance or upgrade works
If your existing aeration system is underperforming, unreliable, undergoing maintenance, or additional oxygen is required, Mapal’s fine bubble aeration units provide a fast and practical solution:
- Installation can be carried out without stopping the treatment process or draining the reactor or lagoon.
- Units can be installed above existing fixed floor diffusers or alongside surface aerators.
- A complete aeration system can be supplied, including blowers, manifold and air supply piping.
- Optional control panels, PLCs and DO sensors can also be provided and integrated with the existing site control system.
